I don't think so, at least none that i know. There are a few good RPG Maker games that i could recommend like The Last Sovereign, Salvation, XVI - Liz of the Tower or old but still gold Violated Heroine, sadly none of them are quite like this one.
There was a second game from this dev, but he dropped it some time after releasing a demo with the first act - which was pretty damn good.

I've made a signature in 5 min with paint, not much but it's something 
I can't move to the right for some reason. The character automatically moves to the left.. Is there a solution to this problem?

and different body composition every new try, but every time she repeats that she is straight. What am I doing wrong?

This game is pure gold! It needs a sequel, or spiritual successor of some sort. Lily is so sweet and cute! Her ending is the best in the game, imo.

It's one of those times where the dev is really competent, so they leave the patreon industry because they have options.
He said that he didn't make a Patreon because he didn't have a fixed shedule - he was working on the game when he felt like it - and he didn't think it would be fair towards his partons.
There was a demo of his next game (it was great), but he decided that he will no longer work on porn games and moved on, it was sad but understandable, all the best for him wherever he is and whatever he is doing now.
I have yet to find anything that comes close to this game.
Because it is installer. RPGM allows you to create an installer for a game.
Even if you call it an installer it's just game files in a single archive, you can even extract them with something like a winrar or 7zip.
