I forgot, in detail, but it's somewhere recent in the last couple pages on here.
But, basically, you have to drop a bomb in the water, at the right timing, so that it blows up the other bombs and the rock.

i got bug in hospital quest to heal all people but it all NPC got green fast than me heal and i star close the game and load old save to star again it stuck can't heal npc and tell to them it suck i play 4h now it my save in hospital quest need help

While the plot of this game is not one I'd usually like the humorous writing and very good character renders made it worth the time to play.
What I didn't like was the jump between 3d renders (which I liked) and the 1990's Zelda-esque style of the majority of the game.
From reading this thread there seems to be a long time between updates, the dev would have the time to release this game in a ren'py format. Or at least have more 3d scenes.
I found this image of the confrontation with the rock monster. IMO compared to the actual game confrontation scene this version better suits an adult game, and is just more visually appealing than packaged 2d characters.

Could very well be Patreon content. They get more of the time taking rendering stuff, extra high res pics for highter tiers is pretty common. For all we know, he has a potato and that took a week to render. But I certainly wouldn't complain about more 3d pics heh.
But big thing is his RPG puzzles/mini game rooms. Not a fan of them myself (well some aren't annoying), but he certainly likes them considering the time put in, and wouldn't get them in Renpy. And the whole RPG combat.

And maybe more then just a hand full of images with pages of dialogue.
The writing and character development is good, but the over use of the pre-packed RPGs is a killer. The dev of Coceter Chronicles at least created mini-images of the characters for use in sandbox mode.

You missed something. Hard to know what, but there are a lot more than 4 H-scenes — you can check all of the available ones by using the, um, ribbed rod of recollection (aka the gallery). It will let you know how many scenes you've missed and (generally) in what part of the game they occurred.
Mind, you need to enjoy gender-bending and, to be honest, sexy as the sex scenes are, the humor is most people's favorite part of the game. But if you enjoyed what you did see, consider a fresh play-through. A hint, guessing at where you may have missed a lot of content:
