Please Tell me Proxxie finally decided to give us a way to Skip the 'Intro'. I hate it whenever I have to start a new game to go through all that stuff at the beginning just to actually 'start playing'. Like, I have already seen it once. Once is enough, I don't need to see/experience it several/many more times.

not judging English skills here or how you "demand" things of the dev - but if I understand you correct you want to be able to change the name of the Male MC into a Female one inside the VR game?

if it's more about the genderswap of the "real" body of the MC .. who knows? don't think the game is nearly at a stage where that matters yet and is future talk

Pity 'The Lazarus Effect' is already a movie title, because this game has been resurrected so many times, it'd be far more fitting to call it that.

Due to this very frustrating thing, I decided to just wait till the game is completed before I start over. I used to do the starting over every update thing, till I saw the same scenes a billion times a piece and it got old. And as long as some devs take, I would rather just play completed games, from now on. It saves frustration of starting a game, liking it, waiting 2 years for a bugfix, then another year for a couple scenes. And have to start over cause I don't remember anything from the beginning.

He always takes an ungodly amount of time to release an update while making it sound like he's working on a ton of stuff, and then when he finally does release something it's incredibly short for the amount of time spent and often doesn't even include an h-scene (which is what 99% of people play this game for, let's be honest).
Before anyone disagrees with me, keep in mind that 10.3 came out in December 2023. This update (10.4) has been out for supporters since February 2025. It took him well over a year to add TWO events that you can apparently finish in 1.5 hours, and didn't even bother to include an h-scene.
Not to mention that he already confirmed that the next update also won't include an h-scene and will only consist of 2 sidequests and fleshing out the commercial district. So if this update is anything to go by and assuming he keeps this current pace, it could very well take close to another 2 years before we see a new h-scene being added to this game.
Now I'm not one to casually throw around accusations of devs milking their supporters and I could very well be wrong about how long the next updates will take, but this one is starting to smell real sour if you ask me.
Just another one of those games of which I'm happy I stopped supporting it a long time ago.
I'll check back in another 5 years or so. Who knows, maybe by then he'll have added another whopping two h-scenes which will be buried beneath 10 hours of sidequests and walking around...

You are not wrong... But keep your honest opinion to yourself. If you don't like something, just give it 2 stars and move on. The dev is probably working in whatever time he has left, I doubt he will live from this, so he probably need to work. You are not paying the product so... don't be an asshole man.
You're free to either agree or disagree with me, you're also free to tell me you dislike whatever I'm saying. But you don't get to tell me to shut up, if you can't handle people speaking their minds then you probably shouldn't be on an online forum.
Giving the game 2 stars just because I don't like the way the developer works is not the way you should be rating games by the way. That's like going into a restaurant and giving the food a poor rating just because you don't like the chef, that makes no sense and is very disingenuous..
If you're gonna react to someone, at least make sure you properly read whatever you're reacting to. Like I said, I stopped supporting this game a long time ago. Meaning, I did pay for the product and have done so for quite a while before deciding it wasn't worth it anymore.
This is not me being an asshole, this is me voicing displeasure over the fact that this developer gets paid every single month by his supporters (like myself in the past) while barely managing to put out a single (relatively) small update per year, if that.
Again, if you don't like that or disagree with the way I put it, that's completely fine. We don't have to agree to be civil, but don't tell me to keep my opinions to myself just because you think I'm being too harsh.
