There are multiple different ways for that scene to play out, so, if you haven't seen all of them, then there's other content. They're all variations on the existing content which you've seen, though. As for additional content in the jail cell, not in the prologue, but the jail cell makes a reappearance in someone's fantasies on day 5/6 in the game.

I believe the dev has mentioned that they intend to eventually have the NTR Score system branch into two separate paths: a hardcore NTR route and one with minor NTR elements, with the former being the "preferred option". A pity for those of us not into NTR at all, as the models—Lexi aside—are so beautiful, but eh, it's their creation.

ALISHIA , the sole and only thing actually effectively breaking the save compatibility is that you don't create the variables correctly.
You should use the

statement for that, instead of creating them in a Python block put inside the "start" label, or in fact whatever label. As long as you'll do like this, there will be no possible save compatibility. And so far all the rest can easily be dealt with.

Lets take the change between the 0.3a and 0.3b :
You want Bailey goal to now be named "Femboy" in place of "Tomgirl" ? Not a problem.
You want to add an is_primary flag to the Person class ? Not a problem.
You want to replace secret by secret1 ? Not a problem.
You need to correct frontyard_secret_action because of the previous change ? Not a problem.
