Phone icon in the lower right corner when Lisa is at work and the MC is in her room. Go to the bathroom and tart up first to improve the gains.
(For some reason Lisa can feel the MC's make-up through the phone; must be properly caked on to affect the acoustics.)

According to Alishia, Jeanine has a 50% chance of appearing each day at 1 PM. And I think that, when she does appear, she always appears in the Lounge, though this hasn't been confirmed by Alishia. Since it's a coin toss each day, it's actually possible for you to end up in RNG hell. Save scumming might be your best answer.
You have to have maximum NTR points (for that point in the game), and you have to make the correct dialogue choices during Mia's third video call.
In this post, I explained that the guide which I previously created for the magazines won't work anymore. And I explained why that is.
That being said, it's possible that there is a bug which some people (including myself) are encountering with the magazines. If so, the bug hasn't been found yet. Either way, once I've been able to find all of the magazines, including the new ones, I'll create a new guide.

Silly question, how can you see the achievements you have earned? They flash up when you get them but then can't review anywhere I can see.

How do I get stealing in gym achievement? I saw a post saying that I had to go to the pool, then go to the gym while Jessica is in there. All I see is her wrapped in a towel and then she leaves. Do I have to do it before I give her Nina's cum stained panties in the laundry room? Are the two events unrelated? Do they have to be on the same day?

First day, go outside pool, get Nina's swim suit.
Access spa room, need Jessica's relationship, so get along several times, Kitchen, outside, game room.
When she prepare for Massage at Lounge, talk to her.
At spa room, there is massage scene with Jessica and Nina, Nina will give you hint.
Get Massage scene. Go bathroom, doll up for Lisa, And go Mc's room call Lisa, Get High heart.
Make Lisa Extreme desire. It takes a two days. Go library and massage her. One quest is done. Other quest is not further in this version.
When massage is done It's about 23:00 I guess. Go Mc's room, call Mia. Second vid chat.
And midnight when Nina at game room, talk to her about Lisa. She will give you some oil.
And Afternoon Jeanie(porn star) with Nina appear random. (Usually Nina alone and she smoke at lounge.)
