For those who want it here is a save one day before failure with all achievements and hidden pictures unlocked.

Note that 10 desire is the max you can get or need with any of the characters at this time. Also note that on your character screen in game is a Key symbol to the right of your name. This is a cheat tool that lets you set relationship and desire points for all the characters in game. The changed relation values save with a save game but the changed desire values only stay until you reload or restart a game.

Successfully making the second call to Mia at 10 PM via your computer is required to get a chance at the 'spice' achievements, so keep an eye out for when Mia calls YOU in the afternoon and tells you to call HER at 10. You need to be in your room and click your computer at 10 PM to make the second call. Choose the reponses that fantasize about the cop from the prolog to get the spice achievements.

Note that as far as I can tell you cannot actually finish the task 'SEXUAL EDUCATION' with a witness at this time. You can get a handy but only solo. I can only assume that the witnessed event is in the next update.

Also, at least on my play throughs, Jeanine is always in the lounge at 1 PM. 4-5 visits with Jeanine gets HER handjob achievement.

To get the Stealing in Gym achievement you need to be in the OUTDOOR pool at about 7 or 8 PM. If your there when the maid goes in the shower in the gym you will get a short cut scene that will lead you into the Stealing events.

The masturbation event seems to be randomly generated when your in your room at about 11 PM or later. Try save scumming to activate it. If you have the special oil and/or Nina's swimsuit you will get a menu letting you choose what you want to use for that session. If you use Nina's swimsuit you will cum on it and then can give it to the maid when she is in the laundry room to the left of the bathroom to get THAT achievement. To enter the laundry room you need to click on the ground a bit to the left of the bathroom door when your on the second floor.

I don't really differentiate between any type of futa in my game. There are trans girls, intersex girls etc. If you go by the real life genders and possibilities that is.
