I got the shower scene before but that was like a year ago and I have no idea what the conditions were. As for the other scene I unpacked the images after failing to find anything I didn't see before. This thing needs a walkthrough, I also messed up getting the second Mia call.

It's not 50 images in more than a year. It's 50 images in a little over six months. V 0.4 was released in mid-August of last year. From mid-August to early March is a little over six months.
That's still a long time to wait for 50 new images, but it's only half of what you claimed.
Actually, Kendra (the cop) has the biggest cock.
They were not all in V 0.4. The bathroom scene with Nina dressed in a "naughty nun" costume is new in this update. Also, as I mentioned above, it wasn't a year of waiting. It was six months of waiting, which is still a long wait.

It's not really milking Patreons for money as the Dev is Russian if I remember correctly and Patreon doesn't pay out to them anymore. She can't do anything with the money that accumulates there.
But I couldn't care less if a Dev milks his patreons as long as I'm not one of them. If the game updates, I'll check it out. If it gets abandoned, it's no skin off my back.
