By what day should you be able to fuck Leah? The walkthrough says you have to do it before day 15, but I'm having a hard time making progress with her that quickly.

Earliest I managed was day 8, the third day with her. You also need at least 8 alcohol.
Get her drunk and mess around with her, then finger her twice while she's asleep in bed.
She'll confront you, so get her drunk and she'll wake up while you're abusing her. Take the picture, finger both holes and eat her out and she'll start liking it. Peek on her in shower and risk it, follow her to her room when she flees and eventually you should be able to rape her in her sleep while she's in her bed.
I do have cheats on, it's one step above Bobby Mode. So I didn't have to worry about maintaining stats.

Some good news. They were able to take the boy out of the hospital for almost two days. They had to take him back, but he's doing better for now.
The lad was diagnosed with an issue and the current treatment plan is having promising results.

Do Taylor's photoshoot and you'll see Brent from Friends in Need. There was supposed to be more, but it kinda fell through for some reason.

I don't know which of the girls will be getting content in the next update, but I know it's more likely to involve Audrey, Geri, Lara, Mary, Melissa, Rebecca, Whitney or Zafina.
With Geri, Mary and Whitney being the ones I expect more.
Apart from Patreon clamping down on content and the direct quote from SS, this is mostly speculation on my part.
There's also some things about changes being made to how people can use Patreon/SS to support, due to how Patreon seems to be clamping down on adult content.

1) I have the drone , and now need to go back to Aisha.
I do have the drone , but each time I go back , I can only peep at her showering. There no way to use the drone
2) The doc need new subjects , I need to talk to Meredith.
And talking with Meredith in her room only stuck at try to convince her/ Force her to accept.
Can't advance on the quest on both options.

Visit Aisha when she is sleeping to use the drone, I don't remember the criteria for the Meredith one though.
There should be a repeatable scene with Meredith in the living room, provided Leah isn't there. See a magnifying glass?
Other than a one off scene back at the lab involving Zafina, that's as far as the lab content is developed for now.
