Winrar and 7zip opens the archive without a problem. From which host you downloaded? Pixel drain and mega, opens up for me. Try maybe installing other archive openers? There's no need to delete winzip, just install along side, you can always set however and who you wish to use for opening them.

Might just be me, but the gofile rar file appears to be corrupted or missing. Mega worked fine. File opened with bandizip w/o any problems.
