I didn't know it was possible to choose Kari there! Let me check that, because it's not intended or catered for.
You can go back to a prior save and pick someone else, or send me a save file with who you'd want instead and I'll fix it.
Edit: I have added a further check to make sure this can't happen in future.

Kari is one of the original choices for the reception position. Lois recommends against her but MC still has the option to select her. Pretty sure that has something to do with this. I didn't pick her for reception in my play but she was an available choice from the start of the interviews.

Similar to TigerWolfe ; it's a playfull slap, my significant other told me that she likes it. It is a couple thing I guess, had also girlfriends that didn't like it or felt it as unconftable.

It would certainly be difficult for Lois to be pregnant, but it may be possible for her to have kids.
The hysterectomy may have preserved her ovaries (I don't remember if this was mentioned in the story, but I don't think so), which could allow Lois to have kids with the help of a surrogate mother. But even if her ovaries were removed, she could still have kids: considering what happened with Kari and her sisters, I would not even be surprised to learn that without her knowledge, Lois had her eggs frozen before the hysterectomy. She could then have kids with the MC, and some genetic screening could ensure that the future kids are healthy and free from genetic defects from their father or mother. Such a scenario would not feel strange in this game, considering what happens to the protagonists.
Also, the hysterectomy should not prevent Lois from lactating (prolactin is produced by the pituitary gland in the brain, not by the ovaries), so she could even feed her kids. There seems to be a large overlap between players having a pregnancy kink and a lactation kink. Considering that, maybe a lactating Lois could be a good substitute for the (impossible) pregnant Lois?
It depends on the context. When fully clothed, a playful slap can be exciting, especially if it is followed by a gentle rubbing or squeezing. A hard slap is a turn-off for me, except sometimes in bed in the middle of the act.
