Sometimes you get the gist of the story in the first minute of an AVN, but then the uninspired dialogue keeps dragging on and on.I catch myself skipping that on some games. If you just want to rub one out you're not gonna care about long winded conversations, although I admit surfing pornhub is most likely a better place to get your rocks off in that case.
Almost non-existent as of yet, I think there are two (more if you count lesbian) scenes you could consider swinging + some choices that will lead to future swinging. So if you would only be playing for swinging, you're not going to get much out of it, so I'd suggest waiting to see how much will be added in the future.

As to Maviarab's description, while I think anything with Kari will certainly occur much later, I do read it as the dev leaving this door open. Now whether you as a player would indulge in those kinds of paths would be up to you.

She might be after this latest update (or the update before?). You have a talk with her recently about "sharing" (mainly with Aria right now). Giving you the choice of letting them fool around and whether the MC has to be there, or she is free to explore on her own (and send pictures).
Sharing with girls is extremely common in these games, it's even really common in harem games, so I really don't think this means anything. I'm not saying there will or will not be actual (meaning with guys) sharing/swinging content with Kari in the future, but the option to let her and Aria have fun, doesn't have much bearing on that.
Guess it depends on the player. Some players see a girl having sex with a girl the same as a girl having sex with a guy, thus the hatred for lesbian sex in these games that some people seem to have. So, some might see it as opening the sharing path with Kari by being allowed to fool around with Aria without the MC. Thus, opening up more experiences later on.
Nah Kari's far more delicate for me, my favorite save is her loyal path and nothing else, sorry Lois.
