Yes this is netorase.
You get magic semen / mana for loaning her out that you can trade in at the shop.
You can send the knight to the brothel, loan her out to drunks at the bar, students for pocket money, or men at the street at night for a pittance amount of gold.
You can also lend her to another party member for automatic mana generation daily.
The only NTR end as mentioned before is blacksmith, and from what I've seen it was because she thought it would bring you the greatest happiness due to your "condition".
Also one/two swinging scenes where you can trade partners with the shopkeeper you trade materials in to.

How do you do that is there any prerequisite

i love this game, but the pre-requisites are so vage it feels like trying to find Naruto in the middle of his shadow clone jutsu, some of them are just mind boggling, like the brothel one, WTF

At night go to garrison and take her to a meal. An option to date should come up.

Forgive my flippancy but if we take Occam razor to the whole fetish isn't it essentially "does this person belong to someone else?" if yes place penis/vagina in or on it. Not sure if it really needs the writing when you have the sprites, CG and you can pretty much guess what is happening right?

This has a lot of things that need cleaned up and I got tired...

Fixed up some of the Menus.
Changed the Name Input to use English First. Since this uses the same script as Gran Ende II it was rather easy.
Altered the Graphics for Title Screen and 3 of the System Info messages.

Can't speak for other but i look for the corruption process and inner struggle of the heroine. You don't get to enjoy it with MTL. MTL is no better then watching gallery without playing the game. Actually it is worse because trying to understand the gibberish gives me headache.
