It's been a while since I played, but NOT TALKING TO BOB when you arrive from town doesn't cancel his events? I remember that talking to him makes him teach you things, but never starting the event of meeting him, does that have any effect?

I have no idea. it would require testing. and this shouldn't have been required due to having literally 2 settings to disable NTR in the beach. (the global one, and the beach specific one).
pretty sure thats the case, the line of people in front of the trader girl and the cow girl only appears after you interact with them so its the classic 10000 variables in this game being forgotten, btw how can you do the beach event again? once i do it all the beach circle does for me is say something like "had some good time at the beach"

beach event used to be repeatable. at some point dev made it a one time thing, I think
this suggests though that the reason why I can't get her hearts up is because I need to restart the game. (which I have done multiple times already).
That being said, the failure to adhere to the global and the local no NTR variables has nothing to do with my save. and would happen to anyone who went to sleep on day 1 without enough hearts.

oh dont worry, you wont catch me defending this broken mess of a game, funny thing is the save that comes with the current version of the game linked in the OP is kinda broken too, on it you get a save where bob is already active but NTR is turned off, so you cant turn it off anymore and if he starts talking with any of the girls he will be there no matter how long you wait, I just ignored the dancer until the breeding house quest and then was forced to watch the first bob conversation, it was only the first so no NTR here but still annoying.

The game needs a quest button o find out whats going on in a quest like most rpgm games I finished the bore king but it still says I haven't, and it also needs a optimise button in the equipment section

I bet they are in the NTR part of the gallery, which is hidden if you disabled NTR globally.

yeah sometimes i got soft lock / cg keep appearing despite event finished, not gonna lie the early to near end experience is pretty good in my opinion in this game and i don't mind if there is cuck content as long it's avoidable and fortunately in this game netori hold the major content. i guess i just download the new version and watch from the gallery for their new content
.Not am aware of besides an issue with the Restaurant Vampire 2 scene not working and literally breaks the game unable to proceed but can do menu and stuff.
