This time it Seems different . 1st ... He lied about the update and 2nd... been ongoing on fraud and milking the membership to the core. I guess they had enough now. We are on the end game lmao
This might be the last chance for the dev. Either rise or go to the gutter.

I've read that a few times already. Was there one person who took over a whole game after it got abandoned by the former dev?

If so, then I hope this guy cuts his aorta as fast as possible.

It was "A Goblin's Tale" which was left by the developer & picked up by 2 different people who made their own game from it even though they didn't leave out the main concept/theme of it. One game is called "The Rise of Vruk" and it gets update now & then,if not on a frequent basis while the other new game is on temporary hold for quite some time now.
At least the good thing about the developer of "A Goblin's Tale" was that he wrote down the reason as of why he was going to discontinue the game whereas "Aorrta" on the other end is just milking people for such a long time now. Heck,we don't even know what his intentions are(even in a subtle manner) about the game.

A goblins tale is abandoned again or got it renamed by the new devs?

Sadly a lot of games get/got abandoned with a good storyline or concept. I would wish there was some policy from patreon / subscribestar to prevent this milking behavior. It isn't like you order something and it doesn't get delivered and you get your money back, but there should be some sort of security for the subscribers when they invest money into someone and this someone doesn't deliver.

Some devs can comfortably live from their subscribers without even moving one finger. I mean, I'm not subscribed to anyone and feel kinda bad for the people who invest money into some devs but in the end they are at fault for supporting them still.

This porn game bubble is one of the most shady business I have encountered so far.

As soon as the early version of this game was discontinued, the developer's deception was discovered. They just reused old scenes and models and didn't develop any further for it. And I feel sorry for those who sponsored them and were so blatantly deceived. I hope they will report this to patreon, to have sponsored withdrawal policies for such scams.

actually we should report this to patreon because patreon realized he was cheating people and closed the page, reopened the aorrta2 page and made a lot of posts and gave people hope again patreon let's report it together and close the page again and don't let this immoral man cheat More people

Another coercion game with a manipulative midget protagonist. Nice graphics and models, but all the women are so fucking stupid and gullible. Sadly, there is nothing original. Maybe if developers could get past the idea that male protagonists of at least 18 years of age are taller than 5 feet tall, I wouldn't drop the game so soon.
