I've tried various combinations of all the choices from when she's sat on the bed thinking which of the 3 ways to go are and the all end the same way, he comes while she's sat on his knee but no penetration.

While NTR can be loosely defined as cheating of any kind, that is not how it is usually defined around here.
Games where the husband cheats on the wife do NOT carry the NTR tag. This isn't even Netori, where the husband (or wife) would steal away another person's love interest.
