I might be mistaken but I think they are always twins but the patch just enables or disables lewd scenes where both of them are in it at the same time. At least I swore that's what I read

You play as the vampire prince maintaining order in the Realm of Terran q (Earth). You unexpectedly meet a girl called Leyala, which begins a chain of events that will lead them across all seven realms.

In their second season, SeptCloud have entirely overhauled their graphics. Their image and animation quality were already excellent, but now they’re next-level.

The game will be split into several seasons (each called a Realm). Realms 1 & 2 are complete, with Realm 3 currently in production.

Realm 1 is based in Terran, revolving around vampires and werewolves.

Realm 2 focuses on a dramatic conflict between demons and witches.

Realm 3 explores a mysterious plague afflicting the elves.

In the future realms, you’ll meet mermaids, dragons, fairies, and various other species. Did I mention it's also a harem game? There will be girls of each species that you can have fun with.

There are three main love interests, alongside numerous other women you can get with during the game. All sexual content in the game is avoidable, except for two scenes that are still skippable.

While there are many girls you can be with, the game's real focus comes with its story and characters. All characters have detailed backstories and personalities, which will be explored as the game progresses.

Realm 3 - Update 5 Release Dates

Hey everyone,

On our supporter-only posts, we said we've been working on both the side paths update and the next main story update. This means we took a little longer than usual to get this update out.

The side paths are still in progress, so this update is the next chapter in the main story.

Release dates are below:

• Rulers of the Realm & Fourth Realm Supporters - This weekend
  (If I can get it ready in time for tomorrow, it will be out on Saturday; if not, it will be out on Sunday!).
• Third Realm Supporters - Friday, the 31st of May
• Qualifying Second & First Realm Supporters & on

Changes with this version include:

• 405 New Images
• 6 New Multi-Angle Animations (24 angles)
• 3 New Trophies
• 3 New Gallery Entries

• Updated three glossary character portraits to show their updated appearances.

(Also, it might be worth having both a demon and witch path save ready, as depending on your allies, you will experience two completely different scenes when visiting your chosen ally.)

General question about the importance of choices here. I know there is a multi mod but I don't really want to mess around with a mod if I can avoid it. Is there another walkthrough out there in text form? How important are my choices overall? I don't really have time to playthrough a game multiple times right now so I'd like to try the most optimal way first time through (I'm ok with going back for small things or even playing through a game twice if it's something as simple as a "good" and "bad" playthrough if you get what I mean)

Edit: After doing some searching I found a pdf walkthrough from official channel but it's only through V 0.17 in Realm 2

There's one big choice that 'matters'...and 2 semi-omportant ones regarding which LI's you want. Most of the rest are flavour.

There is nothing like a bad and good path, only you have the option to be a "fair ruler" or a " stern ruler" In Realm 2 there is a mayor choice if you side with the witches, or with the Demons, I would suggest in that particular case to play both, there are no drawbacks or game over only different scenes, if this choices have any weight in future realms is still to be seen.
