It has been almost 2 months since last update time flys! Now I am getting impatient, I really like this game.
All my saves are showing as incompatible. I don't have any patches/mods installed. Tried deleting renpy folder where all saves are stored. How to get saves to save/load properly? This is for a new game using v.20
We're releasing Realm 2 on Steam this month, where we've brought the quality of all of Realm 2 up to that of the end of it. After that, we'll be full speed ahead on Realm 3.
Heya - which version were your saves made from? If they were v0.11 or earlier, we re-coded the game so they won't work. If it's from a more recent version, could you please send me a screenshot? Cheers!

Just wanted to say I love your game it has a great story; the characters are all amazing and unique, they help to keep the story interesting and funny at times, I look forward to seeing what Realm 3 brings! However, I have to ask when choosing who to side with between the Witches and Demons does it also serve as a Major choice in regard to the Harem members from those Realms Witches (Seraphina) and Demons (Kagome)? I know this may be a no brainer but just figured I'd confirm it with you since I know it affects your relationship with Lucius and Bael depending on who you side with and Lilin is only a bonus in regard to a sexual interaction.

Its a brand new game from v.20. The saves all have incompatible written on them in the save/load screen. This happened after saving after 30 mins of play and also after 1 second of play. I had previously played one of the earlier versions. But as mentioned, I deleted the save folder from renpy location and tried again with new one.

It's not a no-brainer at all; I think that's a perfectly logical question to ask
Siding with one side or another will have impacts with Kagome, Lilin & Seraphina, but you will still be able to develop further with all of them, the choice doesn't close them off. That's concerning... and you've installed no mods at all? Can you send me a copy of your impacted saves, please?
The twins content is not in any official versions of our game.

I dont think i have been ever as impressed with animations in a game as i am here. The different angles, the lighting in some scenes, it looks fantastic. But as someone who is a complete noob to this i have no idea why does it look so... realistic? Is it because its a higher resolution or something? Again i am a complete noob, so all i wanna say is the animation looks really fluid and realistic to me.
The story and characters are great too, i love it but it's the animation that really caught me by surprise.

I just had another thought on this one. Are you playing the game with Steam open in the background? If you are, then it registers any Realm 2 saves as incompatible as currently on Realm 1 is on Steam. Even if you've not launched the game through Steam, if it's open, then your computer will think it's being played there.
If you close Steam, this should work normally.
Thanks. This did it. I didn't have Steam running but I opened and closed it and saves were triggering correctly now.

the Steam version is the latest, and has more animations, and overworked renders, the difference in the renders between realm one and two show an important improvement, so I would recomend the Steam version, if you can, not shure if the problem between Steam and Ol Germany FSK is solved.
