Official F95 definition of harem is:

Harem [1 person being courted by at least 3 others, all engaging in consensual sex simultaneously.]

Ergo, harem tag applies without issue, even ignoring any side LIs.

Edit: Honestly, I'd better describe the main relationship as open polyamory but that's not a tag here (yet).

At least one of the upcoming side paths is Tasha focused. I like the main LIs, but still definitely looking forward to that!

I'm behind on Realm three by 3 or 4 updates now but last I played there was no need for it since there really wasnt any threesome scenes but I assume if a scenes gets made in realm 3 between the 2 twins it will be made.

I'd be very surprised if there's any new content between the twins in Realm 3 or later. My understanding is the content in the twins fan patch was from before the Patreon crackdown, and was removed after that by the devs to be safe.

I don't think the MC is ugly, but his skin has an unhealthy pale color, and he has dark circles around his eyes. I'm not sure why he looks that way, especially when other vampires have healthier skin complexions. I mean, he doesn't look bad, but those things do make him kinda bad.

Overview:
For four hundred years, Atlas (name can be changed) has tried to maintain a semblance of peace throughout the realm.
Since the death of their Queen and a great apathy seized their king, it fell to Atlas, the prince of the vampires, to restore order. So when he smells an unfamiliar scent that should not have been amongst a party of humans, he goes to investigate and meets Leyala.
Leyala seems to be hiding something, and by trying to undercover what, Atlas starts a chain of events that will cause them to venture across The Seven Realms.

Jesus, you need to work on your post formatting.

To answer your question, which you stuck way at the bottom of that long ass OP quote : Yes, there is an official PDF walkthrough for both Realm 1 and Realm 2, but nobody has posted it here to the best of my knowledge.

If I'm not mistaken, the official walkthroughs were bundled with the Steam releases for those realms and I think the leaks posted here for those were all pre-Steam.
