OMG I STUMBLED ON IT A FEW DAYS AGO. There aint how to create a baidu without chinese phone number. Uuuuuugh. If someone can please share everything, I want it too!
i love their stuff. the older stuff has expired pcloud links but the newer stuff has links that work. i just want these two items lol. i will probably end up messaging them and hope they reupload the link.
with china, it stinks bc baidu and pcloud are the only ways to get files. wetransfer is only for businesses

If I'm not mistaken, Using MCCC by shift clicking the mailbox and, disable needs for household freezes it. Or at least mine did. Where ever their needs where when I clicked it it stayed unless I used UI cheat to fill it, or my sims went and took care of it themselves.
Edit: have you tried freezing it with MCCC and then manually lower the hygiene where you want it using UI cheat?
