I had the same issue with lagging on TS3, only thing i didn't try was only having 2 active expansions like it's recommended. If anyone else knows more about how to get the game to run stable i would like to know.
It's very difficult to have that game run smooth with all the expansions installed. The majority of the lag is routing issues. There are map fixes out there that attempt to fix this, but you'll never get it 100%. Overwatch from NRAAS helps with this as well.

Is this one you initiated, or did you join in on NPC autonomous sex first? Because there are issues with the player adding participants to NPC autonomous sex.

As I mentioned, I had the map fixes as well as NRAAS, but the game still lagged (on a $3000 rig!), and I routinely had to roll back to old saves because I would get errors when trying to save the game.
Playing with only a couple of expansions might have been an option, but then the gameplay would be pretty limited, which is precisely what we're complaining about in TS4. I could maybe play without Pets, Supernatural and Into the Future, but getting rid of anything else would have sucked...
Sims 3 was probably Maxis at their worst performance wise. You could buy a brand new $1000 computer and it still would run awfully

Same, i just didn't want to do that so i gave up on it, i have a powerful system also and had NRAAS installed. Lets hope TS5 can provide a better experience, i doubt it though as it's EA and Maxis is just a name used by another company entirely now.

My interpretation of the "Call Center" trait, is it's not exactly making a brothel. It's just giving your sim a way to increase their client list.

Hi, navigating the game can be troublesome at times.
In WW we can designate in the sex settings if the NPC or Player Sims should ask. Choose Player as your default, or choose both Player and NPC options if you want. According to your settings, they should walk to nearby location, or instantly begin animation.
If acceptance is still a problem, depending on your game settings, it can happen if the Sims have never met before. Just choose an introduction option if there is a certain Sim you want your Sim to interact with. either friendly or romantic; the intro type doesn't matter.
You will need Weerbesu's UI mod if you don't have it already. After the introduction the possible Sim partner should appear in the relationship panel. Now pause game and set their friendship/romance level higher. Sounds involved, I know; but it only takes seconds. Go back into Live mode and again choose the join-in option.
The request should be instantly accepted and the animation should start. Link for weerbesu patreon page below; hope this helps. MissCee

Sloppy coding, navigation issues, and 32 bit limitation doesn't bode well. Sims 4 at least did one thing right, go 64 bit.
