incase anyone has any trouble, just follow the below suggestion:
After clicking the "Buy Now - $0.00", add the game to your wishlist and then buy it from your wishlist.
if this doesnt work, its possible using a vpn and setting its location to usa might be needed.

Ha! You're lucky is you get 50% on the stuff packs. most of which aren't worth THAT. Even less so now that they are handing out items from them like the Hot tub.

No, he is naked and when he's naked his torso disappears. I found out that Red Apple Net is causing this.

So Red Apple Net is causing torso missing for males. Is there other way to deal with it then just deleting it?
