Summary says married couple and the tags has cheating, lesbian but not NTR. I'm confused do we not play as the married couple?

You play as both members of the couple... neither person really knows what the other is up to, so I'm not sure it's really considered NTR

P.S. I played it before when the author shared it in the general thread. It's a nice game, inspired by Bawdy Traditions as the author said, but in my opinion it feels better.
