Is it possible to take the NTR route and still manage to fuck the girls throughout the game, and get the harem ending? I don't really like NTR when it's tied to bad endings, but cheating or sharing are cool as long as the MC doesn't get dumped in the end or reduced to a permanently subservient cuckold.

there are 2 main NTR routes
1) in the NTR "classic" the MC is a submissive cuck
2) in the dark NTR the MC loves to share his girlfriend and is dominant expecially with her sister
but he fucks his mom and his sister in a more dominant way ... The MC shares his girls with other friends and there is a way to do porno shoots with you sister Aria

Barring that, I can go with humiliation and submissive content, as long as the game has story paths that allow you to even things out for the MC. Too often, with these games, the only way to avoid the "submissive cuck" route is to be fully dominant, or fully faithful, and refuse/avoid any NTR at all. I'm all for the "in between".

I'm afraid the answer to what you're looking for is included in your question.

I think you can try to reduce the resolution of your screen but also your GPU ram... maybe is not enough I think minimum requirement is to have 2 GB ram in your GPU

solution 1: play compressed
solution 2: get better graphics card (even if current is integrated shit and isn't laptop)
solution 3: get newer pc with either intel core I3 100U or amd ryzen Z1 with decent graphic card.
