I believe they do, you can miss out on certain scenes. The new update confirms that.

"live and die by the sea" phrase means that they spend their whole live without moving away from the sea, like, they are born there, grow there, have children there, grow old there and die there. And approximate population of 400 people means it stays somewhere around this number through years, for example in 2000 there were 397 people, in 2010 there are 402 of them and in thouse 10 years 36 people died and 41 were born.

That's why some stuff are and can be made skippable/avoidable completely... Like for example take ntr not everyone's into that shet but some people like it and into that making it avoidable with choices is perfectly do-able so applying that to pregnancy is not much different either. It's all original haha. The bgs are all from BG packs that I brought thought, but on a legal standpoint, we're in the clear, i.e. everything is was brought/ we have the required permissions to use them.
There shouldn't be any viruses in the original game, I don't really have a reason to hide a virus in them, like, there's no real reason for me to do it especially since I'm running a Patreon as well.
