There will be two routes. One of fairy tale type or the other of corruption.
M.I.L.F-Mom I'd Like to Fuck. Technically they could be an adoptive or step-mom but i believe most interpret it as "gave birth"
The definition will depend on the site. On F95Zone, for example, the Milf tag has nothing to do children/birthing but an age range.
