Just from a glance it reminds me of a similar top-down game where you played as a girl in a spacesuit, and tentacles wanted to invade her spacesuit.

The purple pips at the top left of the UI are (i'm assuming) your health/lives.
They seem to go down sometimes when the heroine orgasms, but not every time.
Does anyone know how they work?

i did, i even watched a youtube video where the player had an option to transform during battle whereas i dont.
Pretty sure you can only transform during battle. Outside of battle you can change your battle style/mode.
Yeah i wasnt able to transform during battle either, the option wasnt even there for me where it was for everyone else

What makes you think that they're not the same game?
If you're going to download one, get it from here. These threads update their links to the latest versions, other sites don't always do that.
