Well, in that case you'll want to petition a mod or admin for game developer status. You'll also want to make sure this thread gets updated with appropriate tags for the game, including : Swinging, NTR (probably), Multiple Protagonist, and Kinetic Novel.

Damn just when I thought it was only going to be either sharing or swinging that damned dreaded 3 letter word had to rear its ugly little head lol but regardless good luck to the dev.
I guess you are new here, most neck beards on this site can't comprehend the meaning of NTR so they call swinging and sharing NTR. So if you are ok with those two you might want to stick around and see what the dev actually does.
Hi, Amorous Antechinus here, I'm not overly comfortable between the various nuances of NTR and as I don't speak Japanese I probably don't understand the context well enough, but to clarify my intent, the Three Panels takes the couple into the world of sharing and swinging. No cuckoldry or humiliation (not my cup of tea) and yes, I am new as well, I only discovered the world of f95, Patreon and so on nine months ago and have no IT skills to speak of, so I'm afraid all you will get is a ball of enthusiasm who has wanted to put these stories onto some sort of medium for quite a few years now.

There is a rather annoying crowd that cant fathom another dick in a game besides the MC, which most of these ppl actually self-insert themselves into the MC and play the game like they are actually the MC. To these people anything that involves anyother person doing somthing sexual with a "love intrest" ( there words not mine) they call it NTR and go ape shit and try and attack devs and others in the thread, there are even moderators that help. This post will prob be deleted. They will even say that a womans husband having sex with his wife is NTR , even if the MC is the son. I still cant comprehend all the porn math involved with how it all works and i have been here several years.
