i3 processor 4 gb ram intel hd graphics i want run it smoothly with full resolution
I don't think it's so much a cpu issue per se, other than using integrated graphics as opposed to dedicated graphics card.Hi, sorry but my best guess, is that your machine isn't capable of running The Twist smoothly. Your CPU/GPU is not powerful enough. You can try to put all sliders in the config to low and try to run it in the lowest resolution.
I'm currently running on an old i3 @2.93GHz, with 4GB RAM, but my graphics card more than makes up for it - AMD R9 270, previously with a GTX 560ti and it still ran it reasonably well with all settings maxed and 1080p fullscreen.
Unless @kira_1999 is using a laptop or small desktop, I'd honestly recommend getting a low(ish) end gpu to make up for the failings of the integrated graphics.
Of course, if it is a laptop, then it's definitely time for an upgrade... Buy a new one or look into building a PC*.
*For PC building on a budget, try and go with parts that came out around 5 years ago, especially for motherboards that use DDR3 RAM. DDR4 RAM is still way too expensive.
