Right click on the game file, choose "Show Package Contents" en go to Contents\MacOS. There you'll find a file called TheTwist038MAC. Do a Get Info on this file. Its kind should be Unix executable. If it's anything else, it is missing the execute permission and it won't run until you fix this.

It's to bypass the DRM to allow you to load and save.
Just download the game from the main original post, it's already cracked. Just click "Connect to Patreon"

Probably the execute permission is missing. Happens a lot because of the archiving program used. See this post https://f95zone.to/threads/the-twist-v0-38-final-cracked-kst.1282/post-3099434 and the one immediately after.

he said on discord the twist main story will probably end at verson 40 and there might be a couple add ons after that and yes hes working on both at the same time till the twist is done. you can check out his discord for free if your interested.
