Ok so here goes,
After you talk to the dealer a few times and complete the fetch medicine quest you will get a "deliver package" quest to the girl thats smoking outside the studio. Do that and talk to him again, he will reward you with a hypno cd that you need to use on the living room stereo (under the tv).
