I had to use a registry cheat to get the package. I could not get the drug dealer to give me the package. I must have done 10 pharmacy missions for him just to try to get that package.

And btw, for the cow code, you must replay the cow scene first and then you'll be able to say the code in the living room during exercises. In case you didn't already done it...

Usually if something hasn't activated yet, it's because you havent done something else first, so you might simply not be at that point in the story yet. This is how most adventure style games progress. We won't know until the walkthrough. Be careful doing things via the registry, as it might not activate all the correct triggers for progression of other scenes. For example, early on I couldn't get the buttplug, so I tried cheating it in, and it still wouldn't activate the scene in the kitchen correctly, so I had to undo the changes.

I've done the medicine quest thing 5 fucking times now and the piece of shit drug dealer still won't give me the package quest.
