why do both walkthroughs (skip and not) have same amount of steps. now im not sure which one i was using...

Because I purposely didn't remove the steps from the walkthrough, just marked what was skippable if you want no NTR

Just tested my "completes 0.33" save
and managed to get Kira in the park at 16:00

What is Kira's current points, she should be at 280
