You can block yourself from the Billy Path, so you don't need to go down the NTR route.

As for the other characters, you can easily block yourself from progressing, if you miss a step or go ahead too far with a certain character.
Unfortunately all the female characters are dependent on each other. mess up with one, could mean messing up with another indirectly, thereby breaking the game and forcing you to start all over.

Unfortunately selling a picture of Janice/Mom as well as Video002 is unavoidable, you need to do these to progress.

as for everything else totally avoidable.

Selling her Panties, Video 001 & 003 and for Janice/Mom to give Billy a BJ are just so that you can get money
But you can workaround that by either,
-Use the cheat in Hallway C+H on the keyboard
-Go to your neighbour and offer to mow her lawn every Thursday for $25
-Steal money from Janice's purse in her bedroom at night (Random Amount)
