YES, I found cheats are working off cheat 10 version and there are instructions out into the hallway and hit the right keys

Ii can't run the cheats for energy and others , What does right ctrl + E mean?? what key's??? because i m only 35/35 for treasome, how can increase stamina?? i do pantys and drugs but only have 35
