and the scene works fine

I'll try again later as I develop other storylines. I wouldn't imagine it is a hardware issue on my end.

Just tested it without Bpills and you're suppose to get the option to cum in her mouth or on her face.
Which is what happens when I tried it with 0.41Final.

You can use the old saves, they game uses the same save folder in each update, no need to transfer them.
You just need the crack which you can find through a link in my signature.
Just follow the instructions on how to install it.

Which patch do you mean, incest or crack?

Regarding the Incest patch, there's currently an bug with one of the scenes if your doing the NTR route. Should be fixed in 0.42

As I mentioned in a post above yours you don't need to do anything
Just grab the crack from the link in my signature and follow instructions on how to install it.
