The game crashes at startup. This was there in the error log:
26% memory in use.
0 MB physical memory [0 MB free].
0 MB paging file [0 MB free].
0 MB user address space [3128 MB free].
Write to location 00000000 caused an access violation.
Any body knows how to fix this?

What are your specs
CPU type, GPU and Ram
and does it give any other errors
check the crash report here

For this type of error, while it's not guaranteed to be a fix
try doing a clean install of the graphics driver using DDU

Recommendation - make sure to download the latest drivers from the GPU manufaturer and disable the internet from the router through out the installation process, so that windows does not install its version of the driver.

I run this on my laptop. It has an nvidia 830m. recently upgraded the ram to 16gb. I didnt have any issues with this game before. Its only in the last 2 updates or so. The quoted post is from the crash report. It is a very long file. where can I post it?

A most likely cause is something is interferring with unity,

It could be cause by something is running in the backgroud or a windows update
for now take look at what's running in the background
specifically if you have a program called Citrix as it's been known to cause issues with unity games, if you have citrix installed I would unistall it and see if it helps
another possibility is you can try disabling your antivirus.
There is a windows update being downloaded maybe thats the issue. let me check. I dont have any antivirus on this. Just windows defender. Let me see if the game works after the windows update.

I don't recommend using the in-game hint system, it's not very reliable, I recommend the walkthrough
