That's most likely why you haven't able to advance with Adrianna because you most likely missed out on that scene. which unfortunately is a foundation to Adrianna's quest
You have two options to fix it, other than starting a new game
1-Simplest solution - Grab my "Completes 0.24" save, I'm pretty sure you can still repeat the Cheerleader and Jock scene
2-At Own risk, IIRC, reseting kira to 0, so that you can get that scene and unfortuantely it would starting with Kira all over again, not sure if it will effect the other characters.

It’s not a bug, I have 0.46Beta1 and I heard the noise at Emad’s house
try 21:00 and 22:00
if you still can’t, you can, for a quick fix, you can grab my 0.45 save from the link in my signature.
