As I explained the more revealing the outfit the higher the outfit score becomes.

For Julia
Go into her room when she's there during the day, between 13:00-20:00

For Janice
Catch her changing between 20:00-22:00

and talk to them both about their daily outfits

I am stuck with Janine's default cloth.I talked her on weekdays morning on "Dinner Room" to change her cloth to "lingerie" but she refuses to do so.
So,for Janine's outfit point,all I have to do is just visit her when she changes her cloth on her room?

Apologies, I forgot to mention you need to catch Janice in her Bedroom changing between 20:00-22:00
So yes, you need to catch her changing in her bedroom
And her name is Janice not Janine

This is the main place where you ask her to change her daily outfit
The only reason I can think of as to why she is telling you to get out, is because her points aren't high enough, she should be at 250 or higher, Step 86 of the walkthrough

If I recall correctly
You can also ask her in the dining room on saturday in the morning, in the living room when she's reading and after she visits you at night.

So how do I actually save my game? It says that only patrons can save but the OP also mentions to use crack files... That means I need the crack file which is also in the OP, right? I downloaded it and now I have that "Assembly-CSharp.dll" file. What do I do with it?

How do you use the crack? I click connect, it goes to the website, I close the website but in the game it continues to say "not connected"... Used the latest version (0.46 final).

I copied the dll file to the root and also to "TheTwist_Data" folder.

EDIT: forget it: " TheTwist040Final\TheTwist_Data\Managed "
