I actually meant that yours were not working. Are there any other locations with saves? It seems that I cant solve the problem. It only goes black when I try to enter her room between 20:00 and 22:00, to trigger the above mentioned scenes.
Which save did you try?
and at what step of the walkthrough are you having the problem?
Step 294, I tried 0.19 a couple of times. Then tried a couple of others all with the same result.

Nah I've just gotten meself a new machine. So it's odd for the game to be doing that.
Have you tried my Completes 0.17 save
because the step takes place within 0.18 of the walkthrough
Your saves are not working. The page is not loading. When I click the 0.19 (or any other link on your saves page) I get an error message, stating that this page can't load. Any way the problem only appears when Julia has the latex condom suit as a her daily outfit. I will skip this step and wait for a save that does load.
Just tested my save (0.17)
and I had the same issue
Tested the save save with 0.47Final, and step 294 worked fine, no black screen
The problem seems to be a bug with 0.48Beta1 itself.
Hopefully this has been fixed in 0.48Final, which was released 3 days ago

You do understand that computers come with lots of bundled trial software from the factory right? New computer doesn't automatically means it's up to date and clean from crapware.
Like I said, the game runs fine for me and many other people.
I have personally tried it with a 2nd Gen Mobile i7 with a Nvidia Quadro 3000M Graphics card laptop, and a 3rd Gen Mobile i5 with GeForce GT 650M Graphics card laptop. It works perfectly fine on both laptops so what you are experiencing is only on your end. The game is mostly static imagery so a low end dedicated graphics card is all it needs. You don't need a fancy ultra highend graphics card to play this game on.
I’m having an issue with Kendra. I have gotten her to replace yuki as receptionist but when I ask to access the archives she says must wait for the next update. But I am playing on 0.46 and this was added in 0.38, any way around this bug?
It's not a bug, you need to speak with Michelle step 781, and also you should have done step 755

honestly the first game that balloons this much without saying it does, kind of annoying honestly, but whatever

Look, at the end of the day if you can do better then by all means start and make your own game. Competition raises quality, just look at Refuge of Embers the artwork is beautiful.
But if your goal is to nic pick about minor details in the hopes of KST fixing it then you're going to be shouting into the void.
