is anyone else having trouble extracting the file? cuz for me the new update is not even a zip file when i download it. its a .rar file and i cannot extract and run as per instructions. does anyone know how to fix this issue?

A .rar is the same as .zip it's just a different format.

.rar files fine. If your having trouble extracting it's more than likey a bad download, so just re-download it.
