You wait for one that's iOS compatible, then realise that playing this on a tablet is a silly idea and get a pc. Or a Mac.

Play it on that, not a mobile device. It's not made for portable devices i.e. Tablets or Smart Phones.

Haven't updated since .49 and this new update doesn't seem worth it again, especially with how extremely walkthrough driven this game has always been

There won't be. It's Unity, not Ren'Py or RPGM. The only thing they can do is save a few 100MB's by zipping it with different compression if it's not already been done.
Several months ago when I played it last - there were none. But for me personally feet massage scene with updated Janice model felt more hot than pool orgy in The Twist. Not from feet lover perspective btw. I mean the atmosphere of the scene and quality of graphics.
