At beginning you hardly do anything more than 'talking', 'give massage', 'support' and such. Try talking to them both, interacting often. Sis is usually pissed for no reason. It slowly changes for the better, just try to be 'nice bro' as often as you can. You find out it may not be bc of you she is fucked up in the head but bc of her bf. Need help her with this.
Also go prep other girls asap. Visit places (first and foremost pharmacy - buy stuff, chat) to get things going later on. Think of your mate at school too, you need him for some quests. As I wrote, you seem to get stuck if you do not check with all npcs all the time.

Oh my... long time no play. I try not to spoil too much. You may need a certain level of relationship score with mom, sis and others to trigger quests and their scenes in the end. At start it is a little stupid with every girl bc grind. Sometimes you need to work on one chick, then change to another doing something with her, then go back and finish quest, aso. - it is always like that. If you get stuck, it is mostly bc you have not talked to all the npcs, or you are missing an item (not collected or bought etc.). Do not forget about this.

- After a while you hear mom quarreling with dad (never get to see him). She gives you some info on your and sis's past. I think this is the point when you can try to talk serious business to sis, make her feel comfy by bringing her a drink from fridge. You could try doing this before if you got some score with her, but I believe that was the trigger (new info, you share this with sis, quest starting).
)- You enter bath room with shower (interesting place to put some electronic device there ), need to enter second room with jacuzzi. Only in this 2nd room you can turn around with mouse, check corner to the left of door next to tube. If you reached enough score you find what you are looking for. There are just a few places where you can actually 'look around', not in every location it is possible. Keep that in mind.
If you have to start from scratch, youcan cheat a lot of things by going into regedit: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\KsTgames\The Twist changing those values change the autosave. For example changing _emmascr_h wil lchange emma score

One can overcheat and brick the game. Best way is to follow WT until mom's birthday anal, then it becomes easier. Play by checking previous posts. Yes I know the lazybugs will complain but it is the safest bug free fast advance route.

i mean the cheats never worked not even once and bout the walkthrough i meant its not step by step like other games it doesnt tell u u need a certain amount of points in the beginning. and ive reached 160 with mom n no panties lol n i cant rotate at all not sure if its because im on a man playing it through parallels
To fix the movie scene try to change in register "kmovie=2"
