Have a problem, Click on load and the box to choose save doesn't appear any longer

Not sure why this happens, though it could be save corruption, try moving the saves out of the folder
C:\Users\*USERNAME*\AppData\LocalLow\KsTgames\The Twist
if it works again try placing them back one by one to see which one is causing it.

They are here: C:\Users\'username'\AppData\LocalLow\KsTgames\The Twist
It's a hidden directory so you might need to activate 'show hidden' in Explorer.

It doesn't work on 0.16 final. Try to download 0.16 beta 3 and switch between versions. the latest recognizes the saves from 0.16f inal

Save just before going to the pharmacy. Start v0.16Beta3 and play the anal lesson. Save again and continue with v0.16 Final.

Further news on v0.17:

In 0.17 information about the characters will be expanded.

Relation scores will be seperated from the Invetory window. It will be accessed by the new button on the top right of the UI.

Besides the relation score there will be "Gentle/Rough" status displayed. Also there will be possible to check the currect character's location.

Not a MacOS user but i figure you could download WineHQ or VMWare Player (run in unity mode) to play the windows version if no mac version was released.
