I have talked to Billy about Janice naked on the beach, but i aren't able to meet Billy alone or with Janice at the beach, i have tried many times but i don't meet never Billy at the beach... any tips?
I have the coupon in the inventary, but i have choosen (some time ago) to tell Billy about mom at the beach.

That sounds distinctly like a hardware related issue, either graphics card itself or driver issue for it.
Make sure your drivers are up to date and see if it still happens.
