Julia I'm not sure about, but by playing around with game variables (a good way to fuck things up) you can give Janice a tattoo on her pubic area.
To reiterate, it's only through playing about with variables, that the game does not let players change themselves within the game, that Janice can get a tattoo.
Anyone else noticed Kevin eaves dropping on conversation between Danielle and Jason? For all i know KsT drops small hints like that about his future content.
Have you completed previous flags? At 15 points she should talk to you about her previous job which triggers couple of leg work chat options. You need to talk Janice then Kelly couple of times to trigger her friend event.
If you go over theshold point too early it may bug your flags.
This also happens with various chars when you dont round up +5 points, previous theshold gets you stuck and wont award the next +5 or +10 because you are 5 points away from flag threshold and 5 points over favorable threshold(basicly you are over the point where action rewards you point but you have less points to trigger next flag get get +10 to pass threshold).
For example If you go over 110 points with Janice at start before doing certain actions game will lock you out of it from progressing further with scenes. You may still gain points with her with other action but since important flag is locked out you wont unlock additonal options. You can fix this by getting negative points and redoing the flag actions(do it double this time to round up the score)
This causes problems with;

Yeah i think that wa steh problem,i went back to a previous save..And it has triggered,from my second play through...I just hope I havnt done this with any other events

To get the tattoos on both girls, I use regedit to change the value of jantrim to "5" - and jultrim to "5". I have never had any problem doing this. However heed the WARNING of snugglepuff !! I have caused the game to crash to a black screen by altering Julia's tan type and latex clothing by using regedit. It then took several days to repair it.Just a friendly reminder when you use lubes or condoms(i mean when you dont really need to use those sometimes, it is just for extra point milking) just try to do it 2x times and stop using items if it is not forced.Yeah i think that wa steh problem,i went back to a previous save..And it has triggered,from my second play through...I just hope I havnt done this with any other events
Other tip i can give is; if some action is giving +5, round it up save it there, search for the next step, then round it up to next value till you reach the scene. I'm gonna give you one good example now;
when you start grinding Danielle you have to go to park meet her for +5, stop at 40 cause next time you meet her at the park at 40 point it will raise it to 45(which below the next threshold of 50 points and higher than the value of permitted point gainage).
Start going to beach and you will raise it to 50 instantly. Now next flag is unlocked. Since there is no way to upset Danielle at 45 you will have to use cheats to lower the point which may cause even more bugs.
Be careful with using Regedit at all.
You'll be messing with your computer's registry entries... That can do more than simply giving Janice/Julia tattoos or potentially mess up your autosave, if this is your first time.
