I mean if the numbered release versions are true to what the final endgame is then i wouldnt rule it out. As far as Im concerned the story doesnt seem to have an end anywhere in sight and we've had no more quests on finding out who the "real mom" is for what seems like forever.

But this is the most consistently updated game next to NLT's stuff.

There are couple of reason for why main story is being stalled;
1. KsT is still trying to get to last pledge goal
2. Supporters are heavily influencing stuff in game; as far as i know no one seems to care about the story(pledger wise) which i agree cause game is fun with all little bit of quests around sandboxish style.
3. It is hard to please everybody, so KsT is contantly improving variety of fetishes in game to keep people happy
4. I wouldnt consider opnions of f95 users here, try reading KsT pledge page more. I mean given %70 of f95 wont pledge and just underage kids.

Then a generous patron must share it.
Then you have to download it, and expect bugs.
Then do the same for Beta 2, and rinse & repeat for 0.32 Final (hopefully minus bugs) too.

Is there a bug with Julia early in the game? She let me feel her up when she is worried about her breasts (step 7 in the guide). The next step (14b) with her is at night when she is watching porn in the living room. But this never happens to me. I've just skipped 30 days and she was never there. Any advice? Sadly it's not a bug.
Most locations that can have multiple things happen at certain times with different characters (including nothing at all) have each event assigned a percentage chance each time that location is loaded.

I think if you check her room before going to the living room at night either increases the chance, or ensures it.
There's nothing concrete been said about that working, and it's most probably a placebo effect whenever I've done it, but it wouldn't hurt to try.

That was it, found her on first try. I did not realize it was possible to progress time / wait at night, too.

Usually because they're just desperate for the game itself, and damn the consequences.

IF I play any of the beta releases, I make a backup of the saves from the last Final release, just in case of any bug or bugs that wind up getting my saves borked in some way and force a restart.

It does happen sometime, but I found if you move the camera they tend to appear

No.
It's all at the player's/Jason's control. If he allows that kind of thing to happen, it happens.
If he doesn't allow it, it doesn't.
Therefore no NTR in the slightest.
