I tried it. Just talk about hospital. No option "Talk about Billy".
I've been playing this game continuously version by version until v0.22 (no restart). I remember in v0.19 that I've seen Billy & Janice appear together in the pier.
in v0.19 walkthrough (this is old version walkthrough as v0.25 walkthrough is different), step 316 says:
316. *Optional* If you have chosen go tell Billy about Janice at the beach, instead of giving him coupon. Now you will be able to meet Billy alone or with Janice at the beach.
But in v0.25 walkthrough, the order of event seems to be different.
Is it because I played the game continuously with old saves which may be corrupted as the event's order changed?
Can I use save editor to change variable (which variable) to see the scene?

Could be corrupted yes.. I had the same thing, after the cosplaything with Janice and Billy.. After school he kept asking to show me the pic, while i showed it a 100 times already..

Save files could be corrupted, BUT if there is a corrupted save you cannot load it or load any other save. This is because the game actually loads all saves when you launch it and hides (intentionally or not) the load button when it finds a corrupted one.
The glitch you are experiencing is more likely caused either by playing beta version or cheating or using other people's cheated saves.
The order of events hasn't changed! That's for sure. Some of the newer versions are adding additional optional scenes for Billy, but his path hasn't change.

I know they have the condom suits as they are both set to wear them as default (tried that in case it had to be set that way). i have tried every night for 2 weeks now started day that john left and he just showed up again., i tried every hour until it said i had to sleep at like 7:00, i even went into both Julia and Janice bedroom 2-3 times each room each hour. My bed is set to be my sleeping bed. What am i doing wrong or what am i missing to be able to trigger this event. It's like with when Janice/Julia visit Jason's room at night. It doesn't always happen.
The same with things in the living room at night, Julia's bedroom scenes at night, Janice joining for threesome before bed time in Julia's room etc etc.
Just be patient and it will happen as long as you've met all the requirements, and it only happens in Janice's bedroom.
It will be nice if he makes an easier save/load system not to quit the game everytime...also, so much easier if you can call Julia/Janice to visit you in the night not to load until the right one comes
I am one of those players who likes to kind of keep all the good "stuff" to themselves, therefore i tried quite different kind of walkthroughs where i absolutely minimize how i get others involved with my girls. Besides if stuff like that happened in RL (yeah right
) would you actually risk talking about it or get others involved?
Just for the record i am not a NTR hater, it's just really not my cup of tea(Hey to each their own likes)

Did not gives Billy the Mom Panties-worked so far
Did not show the video 4 to Billy-worked so far (Have to give him vid 1 and 2 though else no screwdriver)
Did not talk with Billy about BJ-worked so far
Avoided all the obvious Billy stuff(is optional anyways)
Only let Julia do lingerie Photoshoot (Imo it's a big step from underwear to porn) Only works halfways as you don't get paid until softcore shoot ( i think)
Problem mostly playing this way is lack of money but that is a good tradeoff in my opinion (easy way vs more difficult) besides you are not a time limit.
I have not really progressed towards the Kira Story but i read that Julia is involved with her boyfriend Mike in some way.
Is it mandatory or kind of like a Billy thing?

You do however have to do the Cosplay stuff for him.
And yes you kind of have to do the Julia stuff for Kira or you will not proceed with Kira.

The next day go to the Pharmacy shop and chat with Kelly. Click on "Ask about her friend". It turns out that Kelly's friend is Emma, Jasons neighbor.
I just can't get Kelly to tell me about about the hospital. I finished everything from patch 0.04 and cant continue because of this.

I have a problem at the pool. When Mom lays on a chair and Julia joins a certain stage, the game stops and the dialogue is no longer going on. Need to exit the game because it stops. The scene has a mistake. in the 0.24 version is a nice ending. Please help !

I started a brand new save. And the amount of time spend doing either loading or waiting for a location transition tops everything else.
Starting from the beginning would be far less tedious if he could shorten the load times or location transitions. I don't know if its either or, because I run on a pretty beastly build regardless and lowering graphics doesn't speed up the transition at all.

Put the game on your SSD and turn Shader Cache ON. Also play the game on Ultra quality. The difference between Ultra and Fastest is about 5 FPS and has no impact on loading times.
Speak with Janice when she is reading at the living room. Then speak with Kelly.

If you want to "complete" the Kira content in 0.25, it's mandatory. There's nothing sexual involving Julia and Mike, it's more like with showing Julia the video of Rick & Emma.
I'll say this much, it does show Kira as being better than a "dumb, stuck-up cheerleader" stereotype, which is pretty refreshing to say the least.
Another good example of well developed characters (within the confines of the setting).

A little heads up in terms of 2 bugs I found by accident.
When you go with Kelly to the "Mistress Kelly" movie and keep on denying to want to make a movie you keep on getting energy +10 (debatable if it's a bug
)If you do the Rachel content before the Danielle ones, up to a point where you need a cosplay outfit and get it from the website, it disappears(as in the website not showing) and does not show up if you need it for the quest to find Billy a NE-poster.
Had to cheat the poster into my inventory then the website reappeared.
