That's why it's slow.
4GB RAM is, in my own experience, the minimum I'd say for this game to be playable.
The 2GB Nvidia card could be allowing it to perform better than the rest of your system would allow. I say could, because you haven't said what kind of Nvidia card it is.

Honestly, 8GB RAM is pretty much the minimum standard now. Has been for a long time.
Over the next couple of years, imo, it'll probably become 16GB as the minimum.

No you can't, and there is no android port.
and because of the specs required to run the game, it won't work on android devices. In fact it will likely heat up your android device to unsafe levels.
