I like the game, but the lag makes it almost unplayable. Would getting a better video card help or is it the way the game was programmed?

A better video card would definitely help

but before that try reducing the "Graphic Quality"

The reason I recommend you follow it, is because I've noticed sometimes if you go too far with certain characters, you might miss a trigger for something important.

and regarding the billy path, although there a couple things you need to do with him, you can skip the Billy path, like paying him money, buying him a poster, instead of allowing him to get a BJ from Janice.

She randomly appears, you can catch her after midnight (00:00), just head to the pool and progress the time an hour at a time.

Do you mean this one?

To get the tattoo on Janice, I use two methods. Use the in-game cheat menu.. View attachment 162333 ..or windows regedit.. View attachment 162335 .. Set "jantrim" to 5. I'm sure there are other methods also.

318. Go home and to Jason's room. Click on "Text to Adrianna" and
"Suggest something else". Use the PC and go to the "Fetish Outfits"
store. Buy the "Basketball uniform".
when i try to text adrianna in jason's room it not showing me the "Suggest something else" option. can you help me please?

Make sure that you have seen Kira in her cheerleader outfit.

but you can use print screen on the keyboard (PrtScn) normally located on the right.
but if you're playing windowed it's Alt+PrtScn

or
did you give him the poster instead of the photo of Jason having sex with Janice at the pool
and did you not tell him about Janice at the beach and invite him to the photoshoot

if you did then that's why and it means you'll have start again

but there are two options open to you

If you do decide to start over, I would wait for 0.29, as that is said to be released on the 15th January 2019

As for the saves, the only saves I can give are the completed ones for 0.28
