Nothing to do with my saves
It's a MAJOR bug with 0.38Beta1, you'll need to wait for a fix.

Sounds like a bug... Wait for a fixed version to be released, ideally a few days for the Final version of 0.38.

Most likely you getting Julia's appearing everytime you enter Jason's room, that's preventing Kelly from surprising you in Jason's room, starting of the pregnancy of Yuki.
What to do
Download 0.37 from the OP play that version, complete the 0.37 section of the walkthrough, making sure to have Janice's bed as the default, save then start 0.38.

I like the update its good one now Jason can search the archives in the next Version that would be the closure of the good game.
