Relationship points and Max energy doesn't tell us what problem you're having
it's what you are doing, and at what step of the walkthrough you are.
also don't use the walkthrough as a reference, it not meant to be used that way.
go step by step. that's how I use it and I've never had a problem following it.

You get the test if you do thinks normally and Remark > c
Only if you do 453 > Remark > d does the text not trigger
This could be intentional
Given the 453 > Remark > d is meant to be a punishment for Jason stealing the necklace. plus no relationship points were added to any of the girls.

No, they should still be there.
as long as you didn'y delete the appdata folder or reinstall your PC.
But, if you do find you no longer have them, you can grab saves via the link in my signature or about page.

Quick question, what does repacking do exactly
because after testing it, it was the same size as the original.

Repacking Makes the game size smaller so that it can be distributed easily. It is like archiving but with stronger compressors.
Also, You don't need to extract the file, You could've mounted it. It could have saved you time of extraction. I appreciate your work.
